The journals that IITH subscribes currently:

  • ACM Digital Library ACM Digital Library provides access to 53 peer-reviewed scholarly journals; 8 technical magazines including Communications of the ACM (ACM flagship magazine), ACM’s complete collection of conference proceedings containing over 2,500 volumes of scholarly materials; and 37 technical newsletters sponsored by ACM’s technical Special Interest Groups (SIGs).

  • ACS The Publications Division of the American Chemical Society provides the worldwide scientific community with a comprehensive collection of the most-cited, peer-reviewed journals in the chemical and related sciences. The consortium provides access to Collection of 49 journals with Legacy Archive for Universities.- American Institute of Physics (AIP) is a non-profit corporation chartered in 1931 to advance and diffuse the knowledge of physics and its application to human welfare. An umbrella organization for 10 Member Societies, AIP represents more than 134,000 scientists, engineers and educators and is one of the world’s largest publishers of physics journals. It provides access to 19 full-text journals in the area of physics.

  • Annual Reviews Annual Reviews journals are among the most highly cited in scientific literature and are available in print and online to individuals, institutions, and consortia throughout the world. Since 1932, Annual Reviews has offered comprehensive, timely collections of critical reviews written by leading scientists. Annual Reviews volumes are published each year for 46 focused disciplines within the Biomedical, Life, Physical, and Social Sciences including Economics.

  • American Physical Society (APS) is the world’s second largest organization of physicists. The Society publishes more than a dozen scientific journals, including prestigious Physical Review and Physical Review Letters, and organizes more than twenty science meetings each year. The current collection includes access to 13 leading peer-reviewed research journals which includes Physical Review Letters, Physical Review X, Physical Review, and Reviews of Modern Physics.

  • American Society Civil Engineers (ASCE) Library provides online access to a high-quality collection of civil engineering content. The Complete Package for ASCE e-Journals provides access to 35 journals.

  • American Society for Mechanical Engineers (ASME) Digital Collection, previously known as The ASME Digital Library, is ASME’s repository of current and archival literature. The collection of Complete Package for ASME Journals + AMR provides access to 29 journals.

  • ASTM Standard Digital Library provides online access to the digital edition of every book, paper and journal article ever published by ASTM including more than 1,500+ manuals and special technical Publications, totalling to more than 35,600 chapters and papers and more than 17,000 journal articles. ASTM Digital Library covers a broad range of engineering disciplines including aerospace, biomedical, chemical, civil, environmental, geological, health and safety, industrial, materials science, mechanical, nuclear, petroleum, soil science and solar engineering.

  • Cambridge Crystallographic Data Centre (CCDC) is the home of small molecule crystallography data and is a leader in software for pharmaceutical discovery, materials development, research and education. The CCDC compiles and distributes the Cambridge Structural Database (CSD), the world’s repository of experimentally determined organic and metal-organic crystal structures. We also produce associated knowledge-based application software for the global community of structural chemists, delivered through the CSD-System, CSD-Discovery, CSD-Materials and CSD-Enterprise.

  • CEIC Global Database has been the gold standard for knowledge on developed and developing markets around the world since 1992. With access to such a vast database, users have the opportunity to gain insight into the ever-changing dynamics of world economies on a level of depth unrivalled by any other competitor. CEIC Data’s Global Database contains more then 2.5 million time series covering economies from the United States and China to Vietnam, Bulgaria, Chile, and Kenya. It offers a quick country reference on key indicators such as GDP, GNP, FDI, and CPI, as well as detailed, hard-to-find information on 18 macroeconomic and 14 industrial sectors.

  • Centre for Monitoring Indian Economy (CMIE) is a leading business information company. It was established in 1976, primarily as an independent think tank.

  • India Time Series: EWPRF India Time Series is an online database on Indian economy structured in 16 modules (National Accounts Statistics of India, Domestic Product of States of India, Price Indices, Agricultural Statistics, Annual Survey of Industries, Industrial Production Series, External Sector, Financial Markets, Banking Statistics, Insurance, Finances of the Government of India, Finances of State Governments, Combined Government Finances, Power Sector, Health Statistics and Educational Statistics).

  • Institute for Studies in Industrial Development (ISID), the successor to the Corporate Studies Group (CSG), is a national-level policy research organization in the public domain and is affiliated to the Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR). Developing on the initial strength of studying India’s industrial regulations, ISID has gained varied expertise in the analysis of the issues thrown up by the changing policy environment.

  • Jove publishes the leading peer-reviewed, PubMed-indexed video methods journal. Articles consist of high-quality video demonstrations and detailed text protocols which facilitate scientific reproducibility and productivity.

  • Journal of Fluid Mechanics is the leading international journal in the field and is essential reading for all those concerned with developments in fluid mechanics. It publishes authoritative articles covering theoretical, computational and experimental investigations of all aspects of the mechanics of fluids. Each issue contains papers both on the fundamental aspects of fluid mechanics and on their applications to other fields such as aeronautics, astrophysics, biology, chemical and mechanical engineering, hydraulics, materials, meteorology, oceanography, geology, acoustics and combustion.

  • JSTOR Archive provides access to more than 2500 journals and primary content on access fee basis. The collections available to the members of the Consortium are Art & Sciences I–XII, Life Sciences, Ireland, Ecology & Botany II, Global Plants, 19th-Century British Pamphlets, Struggles for Freedom: Southern Africa, World Heritage Sites: Africa, Business IV.

  • MathSciNet is an electronic publication offering access to a carefully maintained and easily searchable database of reviews, abstracts and bibliographic information for much of the mathematical sciences literature. The quote includes a membership discount for eligible institutions.

  • Optical Society of America The Optics InfoBase package provides access to 17 flagship, partnered, and co-published journals; OSA’s magazine, Optics & Photonics News; and the conference proceedings from all of OSA’s Topical Meetings.

  • PNAS Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences of the United States of America is the official scientific journal of the National Academy of Sciences, published since 1915.

  • Project MUSE is a unique collaboration between libraries and publishers, providing 100% full text, affordable and user-friendly online access to a comprehensive selection of prestigious humanities and social sciences journals. MUSE’s journals are heavily indexed and peer-reviewed, with critically acclaimed articles by the most respected scholars in their fields. It is also the sole source of complete, full-text versions of titles from many of the world’s leading university presses and scholarly societies.

  • Royal Society of Chemistry (RSC) is the professional body for chemists and the learned society for chemistry. It provides access to RSC Gold 2018 Excluding Archives with 51 full text journals/magazines/alerting services.

  • SciFinder is your portal to chemistry and related information providing easy access to the most trusted collection of chemical substances, reactions and literature references in the world curated by expert scientists, not robots. Leading pharmaceutical and chemical corporations, as well as top academic institutions and government labs, rely on SciFinder to keep up to date on and leverage the latest advances in science.

  • Scopus is the largest abstract and citation database of peer-reviewed literature: scientific journals, books and conference proceedings. Delivering a comprehensive overview of the world’s research output in the fields of science, technology, medicine, social sciences, and arts and humanities, Scopus features smart tools to track, analyze and visualize research.

  • Science Direct Elsevier ScienceDirect is the world’s largest scientific, technical and medical information provider and publishes over 2,000 journals as well as books and secondary databases. Access to Sciencedirect 10 subjects (1. Biochemistry, Genetics & Mol. Biology; 2. Agriculture & Biological Science; 3. Chemistry; 4. Computer Science; 5. Economics; 6. Immunology & Microbiology; 7. Mathematics; 8. Physics & Astronomy; 9. Social Sciences; and 10. Psychology) collection (1000+journals titles ) was provided to universities covered under the Consortium with back-files since 1995.

  • Springer Nature is the leading global scientific publisher, delivering quality content through innovative information products and services. It publishes 2,000 journals with coverage in 6 main publishing fields are science, technology, medicine, architecture, business and transport.

  • Web of Science provides access to the world’s leading citation databases which includes Science Citation Index Expanded (SCI-EXPANDED), Social Sciences Citation Index (SSCI) and Arts & Humanities Citation Index (A&HCI). The access to Web of Science is available on perpetual access the basis for a current year or on a subscription basis where members are provided access to 20-year back-files on a lease basis.
